Venue
It costs OffWestEnd over £100 per production to manage the awards, and we receive no public funding. In the past 15 years of the awards we have never charged venues or productions an entry fee, but that has become increasingly unviable in today's challenging arts environment.
From 2026, we will be charging a nominal processing fee per production for consideration which includes access to all our free marketing services, including visibility on our website and social media.
Optional paid membership tiers for venues provide opportunity to invest in the awards with added benefits, alongside removing all processing fees for all productions at your venue. We’ve kept the price of these memberships to roughly the equivalent of one full price ticket per month.
For the first time, all productions that are eligible for our awards will appear as listing on our website, providing a go-to platform for all things OffWestEnd!

To ensure our services remain truly accessible we offer a special participation membership fee of just £9.99 a year, however we ask for venues on this tier to provide a variety of in-kind agreeements instead. All eligible productions at Participation venues will also be charged a small registration fee.
